Welcome to the South Campus Clinton Hill Co-ops. This 1-bedroom home is positioned in one of the best lines in the building! Unlike many co-ops looking toward the interior of the complex, the G-line looks out over lush trees, a park, and ivy-covered brownstones. The view is serene. Unit 3G features a large floor plan that can be used in many ways. Easily convert the home into a 2-bedroom or open it up to create an expansive interior. Take a peek at our alternative floor plans for some ideas. This home is priced to sell, and is the perfect canvas for you to make the home your own, with your touch and design aesthetic. We've included a few virtually staged photos with renderings to inspire you.
Located on the border of Fort Greene, the Clinton Hill Co-ops are a well-managed community of 12 buildings built by the US Navy in the early 1940s to accommodate Brooklyn Navy Yard personnel, and converted to cooperatives in 1981. The coop has recently undergone window and elevator replacement, as well as laundry facility upgrades, all without an assessment or additional cost to shareholders. This is a testament to how well managed the co-op is. It is also one of the few complexes in New York City to co-generate electrical power, an environmentally friendly innovation that results in lower costs to residents. CHC is pet-friendly, and offers bike storage, package rooms, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Sublets are permitted after two years of ownership.
Among the many neighborhood amenities are proximity to transportation options, including the G and C trains, and access to almost every other subway line and the LIRR at nearby Atlantic Terminal. Clinton Hill is also home to some of the best eateries in Brooklyn as well as new shops, such as Wegman’s and Russ and Daughters, in the Navy Yard. And the area boasts Fort Greene Park, the Pratt Institute and sculpture garden, and easy access to a slew of cultural and arts venues, among them BAM and Barclays Center.
First showing POST-July 4th Weekend, on Sunday July 9th from 12 till 1:30pm.
