Positioned in the heart of Williamsburg's northside, a stones throw from McCarren Park, is the Lucent Condominium; A stunning, 6-story boutique building. Erected in 2006, the Lucent was built with both design and functionality in mind, defined by dark brick, floor to ceiling glass windows, glass-encased balconies, and it’s attractive light grey paneling. Condo 4F is perched on the fourth floor, facing southwest exposure at the buildings' rear. The home, upon entry feels open and airy. Two closets, and a third with a Bosch washer/dryer in place are accessible beside the modern kitchen, which looks over a sizable living space large enough for most furnishing ensembles. The large floor to ceiling windows emphasize the high ceiling, which is taller then expected. The bedroom, also sizable, easily fits a king size bed if need be, but with a queen can fit two bedside tables, a standing lamp, and dresser ..... comfortably (which may not be needed as the double closet is indeed quite large).
Speaking of the finish, you can expect to find stainless steel and a large island in the kitchen, of course with dishwasher and microwave. On the floor you'll walk on perfectly up-kept Brazilian walnut, medium tone. In the bathroom you will find a very sleek look, outfitted with a true rain shower head, centered over a deep soaking tub, and an attractive vanity. Out the door, and atop the building are two very nicely furnished common rooftop areas, where residents can enjoy the view, soak in some sun, or partake in any number of activities. If you have a ride condo owners 'may' be able to be contacted to lease a spot (put emphasis on 'may'). As for transportation pre L-train shutdown, the Bedford L is barely 5 minutes away. Once it goes no worries, as the Lorimer G train platform is also about 5 minutes away, and can take you swiftly to the 7 train, heading to Manhattan ..... if thats where you're going. Oh, and when its nice out there is also the East River Ferry. (-:
